Recruiting
At this time, recruitment is announced in public chat, on the guild lobby boards, and via the website. Members are encouraged to recruit players they know, or those they feel would be an asset to Callidus. Alts of people from other guilds are welcome, as long as the alt to be invited is level 80 with 2.0 and Crystallos key, and subject to posting an application.
New invites will be guild tagged and puts them under the status of 'probationary member' which means several things:
Applicants must meet the posted requirements, submit a completed application, and have the approval of a majority of the officers currently online before they are invited.
As an alternative an officer may do a 'field application' for higher levels (minimum of level 80) asking them a few questions from the application template and, if found to be exceptional, will be invited on the spot after registering on the guild forum.
Applicant requirements may change as the guild develops. Requirements will always be listed on the website’s recruiting page.

New invites will be guild tagged and puts them under the status of 'probationary member' which means several things:
- Veteran members are expected to extend themselves to new invites to make them feel welcome, as a part of the guild, whenever the opportunity arises; however, they are not expected to drop whatever they are doing at the drop of a hat to cater to everyone who thinks we owe it to them. Have some consideration for your guild mates.
- New invites are under watch to ensure they act honorably to wear the Callidus tag with pride, and not give people the impression that we are a guild full of jackasses. Repeated dishonorable behavior will get you a guild removal.
- New invites will not expect help with epic fights or zone flagging until your probationary period is up, but this is at our discretion.
