Guild Removals
The following are some of the reasons a player may be removed from the guild:
~ Failure to play or participate with the guild for an extended period of time. You are part of a TEAM.
~ Ninja looting other peoples' drops, regardless of whether they belong to a guildie or non-guildie.
~ Immature, offensive, and annoying public chat (/ooc, /emote, /say).
~ General disruptive behavior.
~ Intentional Training and Kill-stealing.
~ Refusal or laziness to register on the guild forum. If you do not register on the guild forum you will be removed from the guild. It is necessary especially for future events that we ALL register on the forum, to keep up to date on important discussions and such.
~ Repeated exp leeching. This is defined as joining a group and hiding AFK in the corner somewhere hoping the rest of the group doesn't notice you're gone, for the benefit of gaining exp while AFK. This tends to tick people off, and sets a bad example for the rest of us. At the very least it will get you removed from the group. If you need an AFK say something.
~ Inactivity for a long period of time. With exceptions, the typical time for removal is one month. If your toons are inactive for a month or more, we assume you've either quit playing altogether or abandoned your toons. This may be longer depending on your guild participation. If you haven't logged on since the day you joined chances are you won't last 2 weeks.
RL does happen so if you are going away (military duty, extended travel, hospital stay, broken down PC, etc.) it is understandable so notify the GUILD LEADER ahead of time if possible and post on the FORUM that you will be needing an extended AFK.
During guild roster cleanup, anyone inactive for 1 month may be removed without warning. An announcement will be made in guild chat, and will be removed unless someone objects. In case someone is removed for inactivity, and they wish to rejoin, the person is usually still on good terms and may be re-invited.
Leaving the guild
Joining or leaving the guild is not to be taken lightly. You can not join Tuesday, disband from the guild Wednesday, and expect to be reinvited Thursday as if nothing has happened. Most likely you will never be invited back. If you didn't enjoy your stay the first time you most likely won't enjoy it the second time around. If you really want to come back it will take a lot of convincing.
~ Retagging wastes our time, it means we must drop what we're doing to retag you. At least have the consideration to go to the zone the inviting officer is in. Do not expect him to drop his camp to come to you in the guild lobby.
~ Former members are expected to re-submit another application, for all members to review it. This application may be rejected simply because one of your former members thinks you're a jackass. Most former members will need a requirement of level 85 and 1500AA to be considered.
~ Former members will be subject to a 'service' to be considered for reinvite. You may be expected to refer 10 people to Callidus, get one of our members full Tier 9 Underfoot access, or get one of our members half a set of visible Tier 7 Underfoot gear, or better. (This will be also of my choosing).
~ We entertain ourselves by making fun of you in guild chat after you are guildremoved. This is nothing personal against you, but in the interest of being unbiased, we will make every effort to poke fun at everyone. ;D
Miscellaneous
You have the right to group with anyone or any guild, at any time, for any reason, although guild-only groups are highly encouraged and guild members will always be given top priority over outsiders.
