Every time you do a raid event, group grind, or even soloing, there is always something you may be lacking that you could have possibly done better. This means everyone, from your lowbie level 5 toon to your max AA max level toon. This is not to say your efforts were inadequate, but upon reflection you can think, 'what could I have possibly improved upon?' Some other guild members may have insight to help you improve your toon, but you would never know unless you actually were receptive to what they were saying, but instead, most people get infuriated and say 'nobody tells ME how to play MY toon!
Some people will give insight as to how to put out more DPS with less mana, how to tank better with less AC, or whatever the case may be, but you will never know unless you are receptive to what they are saying. This is especially true during raid events where we are trying to keep mistakes to a minimum and critical errors may wipe the raid. Even top end raid guilds regularly go into events and wipe several times before getting the strategy down, you can't expect to win every time. This is how you get better. Bleeding edge events are supposed to be difficult.
Remember, if we can't take criticism we will never progress.
